Lloyd H. "Goody" Goodhart, 90, formerly of Sinking Spring passed away Monday, April 30th, 2012 of natural causes at Phoebe Village Commons in Wernersville.

His wife, Mae G. (Moyer) Goodhart died in 2008.

Born in Harrisburg, he was the son of the late Frank and Bertha (Baker) Goodhart.

He was a 1938 graduate of the Milton Hershey School, a graduate of Hershey Community College, and served in the U.S. Army Air Force during WWII.

Goody was employed at Textile Machine Works and later Rockwell International from 1940 until retirement.

He was a member of St. John's Reformed Church in Sinking Spring, where he served on the Church Consistory.

He is survived by a daughter, Kay L. wife of David Weitzel, Wernersville; two grandsons, Daniel Weitzel, Dagsboro, DE; and Geoffrey Weitzel and his wife Kristie, Tampa, FL; and a great grandson, Kole.

He was also predeceased by a brother, Kenneth Goodhart.

Services and burial will be private at the convenience of family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. John's Reformed Church Memorial Fund, 4001 Penn Ave., Sinking Spring, PA 19608.
